Innovations In Minimally Invasive Treatments for Back Pain Featured at Free Community Seminar to educate on treatments for herniated discs on Tuesday, October 30 from 6 to 7p.m.
BATON ROUGE, La., Oct. 19, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — One out of ten people suffers from debilitating pain as a result of a spine injury or condition. As a result of recent advances in spine, patients can now be treated with minimally invasive spine surgery techniques or non-operative therapies, yet many patients are unaware of these options. With this in mind, The Feldman Institute of Baton Rouge, LA, a local leader in minimally invasive spine surgery and interventional pain management, launched The Spine Health Series. The second in the series is focused on minimally invasive treatments for herniated discs included Endoscopic Discectomy. The event will be held on Tuesday, October 30, 2012, from 6 to 7 p.m. The seminars are designed to educate the community on effective methods to relieve back pain. It is an interactive discussion with Dr. Arnold Feldman who will discuss treatment options and provide insight into future treatment alternatives.
“The Feldman Institute is committed to supporting the advancement of care for patients suffering from back pain,” explains Arnold Feldman, M.D. “We consider community health education events part of our patient and civic responsibility to the citizens of Baton Rouge and surrounding areas.”
