Rooted Nutrition is pleased to announce a winter session that will include four brand-new courses taught by local experts. Rooted Nutrition offers a variety of courses each quarter that are designed to empower people to bring better health into their home kitchens. The response to their efforts has been enormous.

“After a busy autumn session of cooking classes, Rooted Nutrition students are enthusiastically cooking healthy, eating local and wanting more,” explains Andrea Potter Owner of Rooted Nutrition. To help meet this enthusiastic response, Rooted Nutrition will be offering four brand-new courses taught by guest instructors who are experts in their specific niches in the world of healthy food and drink.

Guest instructors include baker and pastry chef Ellexis Boyle, who will be teaching a course on baking with whole foods, whipping up healthy versions of favourite baked goods. Holistic Nutritionist, herbalist and brewer Cedana Bourne will provide her expertise in teaching the first-ever herbal beer-making workshop.
