December 13, 2012

AURORA, Ill., Dec. 13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — Over 30 employees of the local security company put their hard work expertise into making the newest residential program from Hope for Tomorrow, Inc. safe for occupancy. A state-of-the-art fire safety system was installed throughout the extensive remodel of the home at no cost to the not-for-profit organization.

This latest project by Hope for Tomorrow is a housing solution especially designed for veterans suffering from war-borne trauma and substance use disorders. Located at 469 N. Lake St. in Aurora, this is the sixth establishment of its kind serving the Illinois area.

“Hope for Tomorrow serves as a ‘beacon of hope’ to the hundreds of men and women (and their families). We are the only community-based facility of our kind providing a unique combination of clinical and spiritual guidance in conjunction with permanent supportive housing,” says Jeff Gilbert, Founding President & Executive/Clinical Director of Hope for Tomorrow.

“Our company has been part of this local community for over 44 years, we are proud to give something back to the towns that have placed their trust in us and allowed the company to grow. Veterans, especially, have sacrificed so much to preserve our way of life. It is only appropriate that we help those who need assistance,” says John Spooner, Vice President of Alarm Detection Systems, Inc.
