An air-spring pneumatic backrest adjusts from 0 to 75-degrees with dual controls, with the added option of an electric backrest. Concealed stirrups adjust in length and lateral positions, while vinyl-coated heelrests additionally enhance patient comfort. The Powermatic also comes standard with a vinyl upholstered removable pad and a Velcro-fastened contoured padded head section, a slide-out legrest and pad, and a paper dispenser and cutter.

A hospital-grade duplex outlet is available on the HAU-4460 (right hand table version) and HAU-4465 (left hand table version) models, while the HAU-4460LD and the HAU-4465LD are respective right and left hand table versions that share all of the same features EXCEPT the duplex outlet. Other special options include a table safety strap, a safety rail, utility rails for both sides of the table, a pelvic tilt, power backrest, an armboard with brackets, a pop-up elevating leg rest, a stainless steel pan and pan cutout, and a drawer warmer.
