The audit was conducted by AuditOne, Inc.

AuditOne evaluated the Company’s adherence to carefully documented assertions regarding design suitability and operating effectiveness of internal controls and control objectives. Again this year, AuditOne found no exceptions in their review process.

Jopari’s latest SSAE 16 Type II audit marks the second consecutive annual audit period in which the Company’s data security and integrity of client data have been attested without exception through the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts’ (AICPA) benchmark compliance reporting. AuditOne provided independent third party verification of Jopari management’s assertion that policies and procedures are both correctly designed and operating effectively to achieve control objectives throughout the specified audit period.
