In her role as Managing Consultant, Ms. Theisen will provide project management and oversight of Chi’s Financial Services and Operations Consulting divisions. Her professional experience covers more than 20 years of healthcare industry experience specializing in operations and performance improvement, financial analysis and business planning, practice assessments, and physician productivity and compensation across a broad spectrum of healthcare disciplines. During her tenure at Navigant Consulting (formerly Ethos Partners and Ascendium), she worked with some of the largest hospitals, health systems, physician groups, and academic medical center in the country, helping her clients drive improvements in patient, physician, and employee satisfaction; staff and physician productivity; operational costs; workflow; and revenue. An ASCP-certified Medical Technologist and certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Ms. Theisen has a Master’s degree in business administration. “It is a bit of a homecoming for me; I am back at Chi after several years. Ms. Leschuk has a background in laboratory operations management and business development. While at AdeptBio and Quest Diagnostics, she collaborated with physicians, clinicians, and hospital executives to identify improvement opportunities and develop tactical business sales plans. An ASCP-certified Histology Technician and certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Ms. Leschuk has a Master’s degree in business administration and also served in the U.S. Air Force as an Anatomic Pathology Supervisor/Lab Safety Officer and Histology Technician. “I am very pleased to be joining Chi.
