LiveOak, an assisted living and residential program in San Marcos, releases a video describing one of their communities–the San Marcos Smith House.

David Seaton, founder of assisted living and residential program LiveOak, discusses in a video what the San Marcos program–the Smith House–is, and what the staff there does to ensure that all the residents feel at home.

The Smith House is a small residential home near the San Marcos river. Residents of the Smith House, Mr. Seaton believes, should feel at home. At the Smith House, residents are allowed to decorate their bedrooms as they wish, to make it a place that truly makes them feel welcomed. The staff is also very attentive and respectful, privacy being very important. Mr. Seaton believes that a resident home should be a home–not just resemble one. His goal is for all of the residents at the Smith House to truly feel like they are in their own home.

LiveOak is an assisted living and residential program in San Marcos, Texas. With other communities in Austin, the LiveOak family strives to give the best personalized care possible.
