The Virginia-based company has opened kitchen operations in San Fernando and is now producing meals locally to serve the L.A. market. Meals produced in San Fernando are created with the same attention to quality and taste that has made Diet-to-Go an award-winning leader in the diet meal plan industry for more than 20 years. With the opening of California operations, L.A. customers can now enjoy the company´s distinctive fresh, never-frozen, meal plan service. Meals can be conveniently picked up at L.A.-area fitness centers, such as Club P-Fit, Firm Body Evolution, The Gym at Hayden, The Gym L.A., Think Fitness and Trifecta Fit Sport.
Diet-to-Go also offers its fresh local service to customers living in the Washington D.C. metro area, Greater Philadelphia, Baltimore and the San Francisco Bay area, including Oakland.

According to the County of Los Angeles Public Health, obesity rates in L.A. increased to almost 24 percent in 2011 (the last published report), a 74 percent increase since 1997. As the obesity epidemic continues to sweep the country, Diet-to-Go encourages people to adopt a common-sense approach to eating healthy and losing weight.
