Dr. Dean Fardo Named Patient’s Choice for 5 Consecutive Years

Dr. Dean Fardo of The Swan Center for Plastic Surgery was honored by being named Patient´s Choice by vitals.com. This award was more distinguished by being the fifth year in a row in which Dr. Fardo received the recognition.

The Patients’ Choice is awarded to physicians based on votes by their patients. Vitals reports that physicians usually receive positive feedback, but only a select few receive consistently high levels of ratings worthy of a Patients´ Choice award. Vitals indicates that only 5% of doctors were given this honor by their patients in 2012. It is a tremendous privilege for Dr. Fardo to win this recognition for five consecutive years,

Dr. Dean Fardo graduated from the renowned University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and completed his general surgery and plastic surgery training at the GRAMEC/ Michigan State University program, one of the oldest combined plastic surgery programs in the country.

He then furthered his extensive training with a cosmetic surgery fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation and an oculoplastic fellowship at PACES Plastic Surgery in Atlanta before joining Swan Center for Plastic Surgery. Dr. Fardo is Board Certified in Plastic Surgery and a member of numerous medical societies, including the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons, (ASAPS).
