Celebrity Fitness Coach Develops Flexbuilding Lifestyle Program

(PRWEB) June 13, 2013

Dr. Robert Pruni, whose patented the FlexBuilding program has helped tens of thousands of people worldwide gain strength, flexibility, and injury related pain relief, has announced the launch of a brand new fitness program that intends to redefine how many people view fitness.

Pruni explains, “Most people who are trying to get fit try several different programs before they get results or reach their goals. The problem is, everyone is different shapes and sizes. The FlexBuilding Lifestyle Program is based on helping you put together the program that best matches your body, and that´s why people see results.”

And Pruni is no stranger to working with all different shapes and sizes. The FlexBuilding Lifestyle Program builds upon Pruni´s original FlexBuilding concept that he has utilized for over twenty years with clients from all different backgrounds. For example, Pruni´s discovery of FlexBuilding occurred while rehabbing an elderly woman with frozen-shoulder syndrome in 1989. Eight-time Mr. Olympia, bodybuilding champion and renowned lifelong fitness expert Lee Haney, states “FlexBuilding improves functional movement with flexibility faster than any exercise in the health market today.” That, says Pruni, is the key to FlexBuilding. “Anyone, from athletes to office-workers experiences less pain, a better range of motion, and moves better. Many of my older clients are now able to move in ways they haven´t moved in years, because they´re following a stretching program that also adds strength.”

Besides “strength through stretching” principles, the foundation of Pruni´s original FlexBuilding, the FlexBuilding Lifestyle Program incorporates several other tenets of fitness commonly found in other workout plans, including diet, supplementation, and exercise regimens. But, Pruni believes, not all fitness programs approach these the correct way: “Small boned people, or ectomorphs, respond completely differently to a particular workout than, say, a large-boned person, or an endomorph. It´s the same workout, and both could exert the exact same effort. But at the end of a training cycle, one sees greater gains.” Pruni suggests the same applies to nutrition: “We´ve seen so many diets released in the last decade, Atkins, South Beach, Pritikin, and countless others. They end up working great for the group of people with the body type that best responds to those specific diets. And those who the diet works for will defend their guru tooth and nail, recruit their friends and family, try get everyone to share the same results they had.” But Pruni warns, it´s not that simple: “There is no magic formula. There is no perfect diet, because everyone´s bodies are composed differently. For example, many large-boned people respond best to a particular mix of carbohydrates, proteins and fats that wouldn´t have the same effect on their medium-boned or small-boned friends. So many of my clients tell me they want to eat better. I tell them, that´s wonderful, but I also want them eating smarter. The FlexBuilding Lifestyle Program can help them do that. ”

A culmination of over two decades of hands-on experience training different clients in nutrition and fitness, Dr. Pruni´s newly launched FlexBuilding Lifestyle Program seeks to modify today´s popular fitness programs by customizing a program that takes into account clients´ different body types and different goals for fitness. Says Pruni, “It´s a new way of approaching fitness and working out, but that´s why our slogan is what it is: ℠A new way to move, a new way to live.´”
