Celebrity Fitness Coach Develops Flexbuilding Lifestyle Program

Dr. Robert Pruni, whose patented the FlexBuilding program has helped tens of thousands of people worldwide gain strength, flexibility, and injury related pain relief, has announced the launch of a brand new fitness program that intends to redefine how many people view fitness.
Pruni explains, “Most people who are trying to get fit try several different programs before they get results or reach their goals. The problem is, everyone is different shapes and sizes. But, Pruni believes, not all fitness programs approach these the correct way: “Small boned people, or ectomorphs, respond completely differently to a particular workout than, say, a large-boned person, or an endomorph. It´s the same workout, and both could exert the exact same effort. But at the end of a training cycle, one sees greater gains.” Pruni suggests the same applies to nutrition: “We´ve seen so many diets released in the last decade, Atkins, South Beach, Pritikin, and countless others. They end up working great for the group of people with the body type that best responds to those specific diets. And those who the diet works for will defend their guru tooth and nail, recruit their friends and family, try get everyone to share the same results they had.” But Pruni warns, it´s not that simple: “There is no magic formula. There is no perfect diet, because everyone´s bodies are composed differently. For example, many large-boned people respond best to a particular mix of carbohydrates, proteins and fats that wouldn´t have the same effect on their medium-boned or small-boned friends.
