How Those with Diabetes Who Overindulge Can Chew Their Way to Improved Health

For those with Type 2 diabetes, understanding the differences between simple and complex carbohydrates can be a matter of life and death. Consistently eating too many simple carbs at a meal can make blood sugar levels soar, and cause serious complications over time.
