Corporate Whistleblower Center Expands Medicare Fraud in Dialysis Centers Initiative and Urges Whistleblowers to Call Them about Reward Programs
The Corporate Whistleblower Center has launched an initiative urging potential whistleblowers to contact them at 866-714-6466 with proof of Medicare fraud within dialysis centers. Medicare fraud has surged among dialysis facilities, and insiders who come forward with proof of fraud are eligible for substantial—and in some cases, multimillion dollar—rewards for their information. http://CorporateWhistleblowerCenter.com

The Corporate Whistleblower Center says, "A month ago we released an announcement about Medicare fraud in dialysis centers, and the response was overwhelming. More than half of the dialysis center insiders who called had substantial, well-documented proof of fraud. If you work at a dialysis center that is over billing Medicare by significant amounts, please call us at 866-714-6466, so we can carefully explain federal whistleblower programs, our only requirement is well documented proof.”
According to the Department of Justice in May of 2013, US Renal Care paid $7.3 million to settle allegations that Dialysis Corporation America submitted false Medicare claims. According to the lawsuit, from 2004 to 2011 DCA fraudulently billed Medicare for Epogen, a medication used to treat renal disease patients with anemia, by claiming they used more Epogen than they actually provided patients.
In this instance, the whistleblower received a reward of $1.3 million.
“We believe this type of fraud occurs all over the country,” says the Corporate Whistleblower Center. “We strongly encourage any dialysis center employee with documented proof of multi-million dollar Medicare fraud to contact us at 866-714-6466. We can tell you whether or not you have enough proof, and if you do we assist you in packaging your information, and put you in contact with the best whistleblower attorneys in the nation.”

Simple rules for a whistleblower from the Corporate Whistleblower Center:
- Do not go to the government first if you are a major whistleblower. The Corporate Whistleblower Center says, “Major whistleblowers frequently go to the federal government thinking they will help. It’s a huge mistake.”
- Do not go to the news media with your whistleblower information. Public revelation of a whistleblower’s information could destroy any prospect for a reward.
- Do not try to force a government contractor, or corporation to come clean to the government about their wrongdoing. The Corporate Whistleblower Center says, “Fraud is so rampant among federal contractors that any suggestion of exposure might result in an instant job termination, or harassment of the whistleblower. Come to us first, tell us what type of information you have, and if we think it’s sufficient, we will help find the right law firms to assist in advancing your information.”
The Corporate Whistleblower Center wants to emphasize there are high quality whistleblowers in every state including California, New York, Florida, Texas, Massachusetts, Maryland, Virginia, Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Tennessee, North Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Louisiana, Missouri, Michigan, Iowa, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, Montana, Idaho, Oregon, Washington, and Alaska.
