Hautepreneurs is cofounded by Santa Fe-based Hillary Randolph, and Albuquerque-based Lisa Abeyta and Jessica Eaves Mathews. Eaves Mathews says that bringing national experts like Michelle Ghilotti to New Mexico is vital for women entrepreneurs in the state. “In New Mexico, our options for opportunities like this would normally mean having to travel to San Francisco or New York City and paying thousands of dollars in order to learn from top-level experts. If we want to compete on a national level, if we want to do anything that is of significance and impact, then we, the women of New Mexico, have to start thinking bigger about what we are capable of and what we want for ourselves and our endeavors. Hautepreneurs will bring that bigger perspective that is missing right now in our state.” Eaves Mathews, a serial entrepreneur who was recently named by Albuquerque Business First as the Top CEO of 2013, says it is her passion to help New Mexican women “…think bigger, dream bigger, believe that bigger and better is possible right here in New Mexico. Not only will this change the economy of our own state, but it will significantly change the lives of the Hautepreneurs who are empowered to rise to the level of success in life and business that they have only dreamed of up until now.”

Hautepreneurs is expected to expand its offerings to members to include an online support forum, an ecommerce marketplace for New Mexico-based women-owned businesses, a full calendar of training, mentoring and networking events and an aggressive agenda for nonprofit community outreach.
