February 5, 2014

The new case management teams will allow Fertility SOURCE Companies to form and maintain stronger and more efficient relationships with its intended parents and partner clinics.

Irvine, California (PRWEB) February 05, 2014

Fertility SOURCE Companies (The Donor SOURCE and The Surrogacy SOURCE) is proud to introduce a new organizational approach, utilizing case management teams to better serve the clients of its nationwide egg donor and surrogacy programs. The new, two-person case management teams reflect an effort by Fertility SOURCE Companies (FSC) to coordinate operations between its egg donor and surrogacy programs and to improve third party reproductive care for intended parents, surrogates, donors, and IVF clinics across the United States and Internationally.

The new case management teams will allow Fertility SOURCE Companies to form and maintain stronger and more efficient relationships with its intended parents and partner clinics. Additionally, a clearer, more concise focus will strengthen Fertility SOURCE Companies' programs as the organization continues to grow. Many FSC staff members have previous experience as surrogates and/or egg donors. In working as a team they can share the personal experience needed to make the process as smooth and rewarding as possible for all parties involved.

Steve Masler, CEO of Fertility SOURCE Companies commented, “In response to changing market conditions in the 3rd party reproduction world, we are excited to be introducing Fertility SOURCE Companies’ new organizational approach to surrogacy and egg donation activity. We are focused on putting the best skills of our people to work at what they do best, to achieve optimal performance for Fertility SOURCE Companies (FSC). The reorganization is FSC’s response to technological developments and growth the company and 3rd party reproduction in general has experienced.”

Each new team will consist of two staff members who will coordinate with one another to cover a specific geographic region. In the Northeast Region, Sheryl Steinberg, Senior Regional Manager, and Shelli DiCioccio, Senior Case Manager will coordinate and work with surrogates, intended parents, and donors. In the Northwest Region, Jamie Williams, Director of Operations and April Alvarado, Senior Case Manager will coordinate efforts. For the Southwest Region, Theresa Ferrara, Senior Regional Manager, and Staci Padilla, Senior Case Manager, will work together. Lastly, for the Regional and International cases, Tricia Howard, Director of Operations, and Arika Avedano-Tucker, Senior Case Manager, will work as a team.

Donna Raidy, COO comments “Fertility SOURCE Companies strives to really hear what our intended parents, egg donors, surrogate mothers and fertility centers need from an agency. We feel our change to a team approach will lend itself to providing the best customer service to each and every egg donation and/or surrogacy cycle we manage. This change will allow for more than one person to know the details of the cycle and have a backup support person for all parties involved. We know the journeys that our intended parents are on can be an emotional one and we want them to feel support and constant communication throughout the process. Our teams are made up of experienced members of both our surrogacy and egg donation divisions now combined into each team so they truly become a full service team which will guide the intended parents, egg donors, surrogate mothers and fertility centers to a smooth, less stressful cycle.”

Fertility SOURCE Companies' experienced, compassionate, and professional case management teams are now more effectively equipped to serve a growing international client base. This consolidation of coverage will allow for “cross fertilization” between Fertility SOURCE Companies' egg donor and surrogate teams who will now act as one unit to coordinate between intended parents, surrogates, donors, and fertility clinics. These units are intended to garner warm, confident relationships between case management and those whom they serve with tremendous pride.
