SUNNYVALE, Calif., Feb. 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ — Accuray Incorporated (Nasdaq: ARAY) announced today that overall user satisfaction for its TomoTherapy(®) System has increased for the fifth consecutive quarter, according to the Q4 2013 MD Buyline Market Intelligence Briefing(TM). In addition, the latest report illustrates Accuray has exceeded market average for user satisfaction among linear accelerator vendors for the second consecutive quarter.
MD Buyline, an independent market intelligence organization for the healthcare industry, measures linear accelerator user satisfaction based on evaluations by more than 3,300 hospitals. Respondents rate how satisfied they are with products from Accuray, Elekta and Varian, using key metrics such as system performance, system reliability and service response time.
