Fueled by the implementation of the Affordable Care Act and the transition of the US
healthcare industry from ICD-9 to ICD-10, e4e will expand its ‘best-shoring’ delivery
capability in the Philippines, in addition to its current delivery centers in the US and
in India. The healthcare industry makes up for 17.7% of the US GDP, approaching $3
trillion in annual spend and is projected to grow to $4.8 trillion by 2021, thereby
increasing the outsourcing opportunity.
