The three member panel will discuss the future of post-acute care, the impact legislative changes hold for therapists and consumers, and a bevy of other topics.

Justin Moore, PT, DPT is the Vice President of APTA Public Policy, Practice & Professional Affairs. He has served as a leading lobbyist on Capitol Hill for APTA. Dr. Moore has presented and lectured on health policy, payment, and government affairs issues across the country.
Cynthia Morton is a nationally recognized lobbyist for Long-Term Care. Ms. Morton served as the Executive Vice President of NASL (National Association for the Support of Long-Term Care) since 2010.
Joe Greenman, J.D. is the Vice President & General Counsel of OHCA. Before attending law school, he worked for the United States House of Representatives for five years, helped plan, and implement the Congressional oversight of the Medicare program. Mr. Greenman will speak about Oregon healthcare issues.
