New Orleans, LA (PRWEB) April 04, 2014

Ticket Down announces that the biggest event each year in professional wrestling will be held this weekend when World Wrestling Entertainment presents WrestleMania XXX live from the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, LA. The event is the most anticipated wrestling event held and has been home to many of the biggest matches in the history of the sport. All the biggest names in the sport today will be competing at the event this Sunday including Daniel Bryan, John Cena, Randy Orton, Triple H, Batista, The Undertaker, Brock Lesnar, The Shield and more.

In one of the most anticipated matches on the card, Bryan will take on Triple H. The winner of that match will be inserted into the triple threat match for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship match, which the champion, Orton, and Batista are already announced for. All of these competitors – sans Bryan – were a part of Evolution and all have a history, both good and bad, with each other.

Another major match being held at the event this year will pit The Undertaker against the former UFC Heavyweight Champion, Lesnar. The Undertaker is 21-0 in his WrestleMania career, which is the greatest streak in the history of the sport. Lesnar and his manager, Paul Heyman, will be looking to give the Phenom the first loss on the grandest stage off them all, WrestleMania. To date, The Undertaker has beaten many of the biggest names in the history of the sport at the event including Triple H, Randy Orton, Ric Flair, Kane, Batista, Shawn Michaels, Edge and CM Punk.

Also on the card is a match between Cena and Brad Wyatt. Cena and Wyatt have been going at it for months and this match will be the culmination of their rivalry. Cena, the former WWE World Heavyweight Champion is one of the most popular and most hated wrestlers of all time and will excluded from the main event at this year's WrestleMania. Wyatt is the leader of the Wyatt Family, which was named the Wrestling Observer Newsletter's Best Gimmick of 2013.

At WrestleMania XXX, WWE will pay homage to one of the greatest competitors in the history of the sport and one them was known as a larger than life character, Andre the Giant. They will honor him by awarding the Andre the Giant Memorial Trophy to the winner of a 30-man battle royal. Already announced for this match are former WWE champions Alberto Del Rio, The Big Show, Christian, Dolph Ziggler, The Great Khali, Mark Henry, The Miz and Sheamus.

Fans of the divas will also be able to possibly witness the crowning of a new champion when a 14-Diva single fall match is held featuring some of the top Divas today including current champion AJ Lee, Alicia Fox, Eva Marie, Natalya, Rosa Mendes and more. The Shield will also be in action when they take on Kane and the New Age Outlaws in a six-man tag team match.

WrestleMania XXX will be held on April 6 from the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.
