Zynx Health's Hospital Clients Reach 30,000 Order Set Milestone

Zynx Health, the leader in evidence-based healthcare, today announced that its more than 1,300 US hospital clients have created upwards of 30,000 unique evidence-based order sets.
Zynx's hospital clients use ZynxOrder™, a knowledge management system to create, customize, and maintain evidence-based order sets. Clinicians at these facilities access more than 500 order set templates from the ZynxOrder online catalog. Zynx physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals develop and update the order set templates according to a timely, rigorous analysis of the peer-reviewed literature, performance measures, and regulatory guidelines.
"Our clients' broad depth of experience has been invaluable as we continue to develop new order sets for a broad range of topics--from the ED, to pediatrics, to oncology," says Derek Baird, ZynxOrder product manager. "New content and features are primarily driven by feedback from our clients, who have been building order sets using Zynx content since 2001."
To date, Zynx clients have customized more than 30,000 order sets using Zynx's online content management tool, AuthorSpace™, which streamlines the development process and helps clinicians reach rapid consensus on best practices. Once customized, order sets then become integrated into clinicians' workflow and can be used at the point of care.
