Dr. Minalkumar Patel Joins New York Business Group on Health As Medical Advisor

NEW YORK, Oct. 29, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- New York Business Group on Health announced today that Minalkumar Patel, M.D., M.PH, has joined the non-profit business coalition as the group's Medical Advisor. In this new role, Dr. Patel will advise and participate in the development and ongoing implementation of NYBGH's strategic plans and various other programs and projects supported and underwritten by the organization.
NYBGH is a coalition of tri-state businesses focused on measuring, reporting and improving health care quality. NYBGH will celebrate its 25th anniversary at its Annual Meeting tomorrow and is excited to introduce Dr. Patel in the newly created role of Medical Advisor.
