LOSS: Hospice of Lancaster County’s PATHways Center for Grief and Loss, 685 Good Drive, will host “Coping with the Loss of a Loved One” from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 1, at Milanof-Schock Library, 1184 Anderson Ferry Road, Mount Joy.

QUARRYVILLE: Quarryville Presbyterian Retirement Community, 625 Robert Fulton Highway, Quarryville, will host its annual Christmas bazaar from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, Nov. 2, in the activities room.
Christmas ornaments, decorative wreaths and swags, crocheted and knitted items will be sold. Shoppers can register to win one of several gift baskets on display.
Homemade chicken corn soup, as well as beef barbecue, hot dogs and desserts will be sold.
UNITED ZION: A Christmas bazaar will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, at United Zion Retirement Community, 722 Furnace Hills Pike, Lititz.
Christmas crafts, wreaths, ornaments and home-decor items, along with homemade baked goods including pies, cakes and candy will be sold.
The bazaar is sponsored by the auxiliary. All proceeds benefit the residents of the retirement community.
BEREAN: Berean Bible Fellowship Church, 307 W. Main St., Terre Hill, will hold a craft bazaar from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3.
Homemade items and Christmas decorations will be sold. Home Interiors, Pampered Chef and Longenberger Baskets representatives will be available to take orders.
Free baby-sitting is available while you shop. All proceeds benefit the church’s missions trips.
ROSS ST. UM: Rose Street United Methodist Church, 312 E. Ross St., will hold its annual holiday bazaar from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3.
Holiday items and food will be sold.
MIDDLE OCTORARA: A holiday bazaar will be held from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, at Middle Octorara Presbyterian Church, Route 372, east of Quarryville.
Homemade donuts or pancakes will be served for breakfast. Homemade chicken corn soup, vegetable soup, and ham and green beans will be sold by the bowl or the quart.
Leather items, fly-fishing lures, crafts, clothing accessories and more will be sold.
The church youth group will have games for children ages 3-12.

CRAFT SHOW: The auxiliary to Liberty Fire Company will host a fall craft show from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, at the fire company, 339 E. Main St., New Holland.
The show will include 71 vendors, door prizes and food. Chicken corn soup will be sold by the quart.
Admission is free.
BENEFIT: Bridge of Hope Lancaster & Chester Counties, an organization helping homeless mothers and children, will hold its 17th annual Kaleidoscope event from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, at Ridgeview Mennonite Church, 3723 Ridge Road, Gordonville.
The theme is “Taste of Hope,” featuring foods and entertainment from Latin America. A silent auction will be featured.

DAY OF SHARING: Crossroads Counseling Center, WJTL radio and Wiley’s Pharmacy will host a “Day of Sharing” event from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, at the center, 1615 Stony Battery Road.
Organizers will accept donations of electronics, appliances, collectibles, furniture and more to be auctioned off on eBay. No clothing can be accepted.
All proceeds will support the center and provide financial assistance to community members who need counseling.
WJTL radio will broadcast live. Food and raffle tickets for gift baskets will be sold.

BASKETS: The Arc of Lancaster County will hold a Basket Bonanza from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, at West Hempfield Fire Hall, 3519 Marietta Ave.
Music by “The Sound of Roses” will be featured.
