USA Donates Medicine to Tajik Hospitals

Dushanbe, 31 October: The US ambassador to Tajikistan, Tracey Ann Jacobson, and the Physicians With Heart project team working in conjunction with Project HOPE, delivered 6.4m dollars of donated medicine to the Vahdat central district hospital today.

Since 2001, the United States has provided Tajikistan with more than 140m dollars in medicine, medical supplies and equipment.
