MedX Health Corp. Issues Amended Financial Statements for the Six Months Ended June 30, 2007

MedX Health Corp., has issued revised financial statements for its results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2007. These changes occurred as a result of a review held by it's auditors, Schwartz, Levitsky and Feldman LLP. The changes did not result in any adjustments to the current years operating results as reported on August 28, 2007. Due to the fact that the review was held several weeks after the publication of the quarter's results, updated subsequent events notes were required and a correction to the previous years stated retained earnings balance was made. Two other small adjustment of $1 were made to facilitate rounding requirements. Changes were made in the MD & A in the earnings per share calculations in the Summary of Quarterly Results.
