I-FLOW CORPORATION (NASDAQ:IFLO) announced today that it will address institutional shareholders at the Lazard Capital Markets Fourth Annual Healthcare Conference, Tuesday morning, November 27, 2007 at 8:30 a.m. EST.
The Lazard conference will take place November 27th and 28th at The New York Palace Hotel, New York, NY. Donald M. Earhart, I-Flow's Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer, will make a presentation featuring the Company's growth strategies and market opportunities.
I-Flow Corporation is an emerging leader in post-surgical pain relief and is redefining recovery following surgery. The Company's flagship ON-Q® PainBuster® Post-Op Pain Relief System provides targeted pain relief after surgery only where the body needs it, automatically delivering a non-narcotic, pain-numbing medication directly to an incision site for up to five days. The anesthetic is administered through a specially-designed, proprietary catheter -- like the ON-Q SilverSoakerTM which offers enhanced antimicrobial properties to reduce the risk of infection by providing an added layer of protection -- inserted by a surgeon during surgery. ON-Q PainBuster is cleared for use by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) and is labeled to reduce pain significantly better than narcotics and to significantly reduce narcotics intake after surgery. Additionally, evidence is mounting that ON-Q PainBuster, by documenting an infection reduction capability, may be a broader surgical site care device. Hospitals saw infection rates more than halved in a new study that was recently announced.
You can access a live webcast and slides of the presentation, after registration, from the Investors link or the Investors' Event Calendar link at www.IFLO.com. The webcast will be available for replay at approximately 9:10 a.m. EST at this same internet address for approximately 90 days. Audio streams require Windows Media Player installations.
