PHARMACEUTICALS giant GlaxoSmithKline has bought US drugs company Reliant for EUR1.65bn (pounds 800m).
GSK said that Reliant’s cardiovascular treatment Lovaza would complement its existing Coreg drug for heart disease and hypertension, and would act as a fresh boost for sales in the US
