Hammond Throws Party to Thank Medical Staff Who Saved His Life

–The Top Gear presenter Richard Hammond invited the doctors, nurses and air ambulance staff who saved his life after a near- 300mph crash to a party last night. The 37-year-old held a book signing event at the Hospital Club in London, and invited the staff along to thank them. Nursing staff from intensive care, the neurosurgery ward, and accident and emergency at Leeds General Infirmary were invited.
