U.S. cable news personality Nancy Grace is expected to take her newborn daughter Lucy Elizabeth home from the hospital this weekend, People.com said Friday.
The baby girl's brother, John David, just passed the five-pound mark and was discharge from the hospital Thursday.
(Lucy Elizabeth) is over four pounds and doing extremely well. Nancy is so happy to have both her children home with her, Grace's representative Patty Caruso told the magazine.
Grace, 48, gave birth to the twins Nov. 4., nearly two months before her due date.
Grace was readmitted to the hospital in Atlanta last week because of complications stemming from the pregnancy. She was discharged Nov. 16 and remains on medication.
