Martin's Point Health Care Selects Health Dialog to Enhance Care for Members With Chronic Illness

Health Dialog Services Corporation today announced that Martin's Point Health Care of Portland, Maine has selected Health Dialog's care management services for its Uniformed Services Family Health Plan members.
