Angiotech to Participate in Bank of America 2007 Credit Conference

VANCOUVER, Nov. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Angiotech Pharmaceuticals, Inc. , a global specialty pharmaceutical and medical device company, is scheduled to participate in the Bank of America 2007 Credit Conference, which is being held December 2 - 4 in Orlando, FL.

Tom Bailey, Angiotech Chief Financial Officer, will give a 15-minute formal presentation followed by a 25-minute Question and Answer period on Monday, December 3, beginning at approximately 8:30am ET.

A live webcast of Mr. Bailey's remarks will be available to all interested parties at Angiotech's website, http://www.angiotech.com/, in the Investors section. To ensure a timely connection to the webcast it is recommended that users register at least 15 minutes before the webcast begins.
