MicroIslet, Inc. (MIIS.OB, http://www.microislet.com), a biotechnology company engaged in the, development and commercialization of transplantation therapies for diabetes has engaged the Investor Relations Group, Inc. (“IRG”), based in New York City, to serve as its new financial relations and corporate communications firm.
