Three Life Fitness Products Win in Health Magazine's Best of Fitness 2005 Awards

SCHILLER PARK, Ill., Jan. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Three Life Fitness products took top honors in Health magazine's Best of Fitness 2005 awards. The leading manufacturer of a full line of cardiovascular and strength-training equipment won three of five awards in the equipment category: the T9i treadmill was named best treadmill, the R9i Lifecycle exercise was recognized as the best bike and the ParaBody GS6 Gym System won best weight system.

Fitness equipment manufacturers were invited to nominate one product in each of four equipment categories -- elliptical cross-trainers, indoor cycles, treadmills and weight systems -- and one product for the "most innovative" piece of equipment. The winners were chosen by Lynn Allen, president of Heartland Fitness in Ames, Iowa, and an advisor to the Sporting Goods Manufacturers Association.
