Nehumi "The Beast" Tuihalamaka Joins the Planet Nutrition Team

"The Beast" is a well known certified strength and conditioning specialist, training professional and non professional athletes and power lifters in weight lifting and running technique. He is not only a trainer and physical therapist but also a world champion weight lifter. Tuihalamaka is skilled in all areas of health, nutrition, exercise and rehabilitation.
Tuihalamaka has been an employee for Strength Training Inc. for the past thirteen years working as a physical therapist and a certified strength and conditioning coach. Nehumi has created programs for elite athletes to excel in their sports but also to help the severely disabled rehab their injuries.
"The Beast" won the world Squat title in 1995. His super human squat of 909 pounds clinched him a national weight lifting title and a record in 1993. Two years later he yet again won a national title in weight lifting but his squat record was broken. "The Beast" broke his own squat record with a squat of 925 pounds and clinched himself as the super heavy weight world champion weight lifter. This record wasn't broken until years later. Not only having a distinguished weight lifting record, Nehumi has also been a highly decorated football player. Tuihalamaka also holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Performance and Sports.
