An exercise program designed for people with arthritis will be held at the Twin Valley YMCA, 51 S. Pine St., Elverson.
Designed by the Arthritis Foundation, the eight-week program begins Jan. 16. Sessions are scheduled Wednesdays at 8 a.m. and Thursdays at 9 a.m. at the YMCA.
