Cypress Pharma and Standard Chemical Sign Marketing Agreement
Cypress Pharmaceutical has entered into a multiple generic product development and marketing agreement with Standard Chemical & Pharmaceutical. Financial terms of the agreement have not been disclosed.
Under the terms of the agreement, Standard Chemical & Pharmaceutical has the exclusive development and manufacturing rights and Cypress Pharmaceutical has exclusive US marketing rights of the generic drug products.
