Knapp Joins HealthReach

WATERVILLE – Dr. Burton Knapp, currently seeing patients at the Rangeley Regional Health Center, has joined HealthReach Community Health Centers. Dr. Knapp will be seeing patients at all of HealthReach’s health centers as a float provider.

Knapp earned his bachelor of arts degree from Middlebury College in Vermont and his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. Knapp is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Before moving to central Maine, Knapp practiced at Gorham Village Family Health in Gorham and held part-time faculty status at the University of Vermont. Knapp and his wife, who is also a doctor working for HealthReach, recently retired from their practices in the Portland area and moved to central Maine where their children and grandchildren live.
