HealthTrans Appoints Brent McKenzie As Vice President of Regional Sales

Brent McKenzie, Norcross, Ga., has joined HealthTrans, a national pharmacy benefits administrator, as vice president of regional sales for the Southeastern states. McKenzie brings more than 20 years' experience in the pharmacy benefit and healthcare industries.

Prior to joining HealthTrans, McKenzie was regional sales manager for Coalition America, which specializes in preferred provider network management for TPAs, managed care organizations, unions, insurance companies and self-insured companies. McKenzie brings extensive experience with PBMs including WellPoint, Express Scripts and PCS Health Systems. His managed care organization experience includes HMOs such as Cigna Healthplan, Ameriplan and PCA. He has a bachelor's degree from West Georgia College.
