Finley, Mercy Restrict Visitors

Increased viral infection rates in the tri-state area have prompted visitation restrictions at The Finley Hospital and Mercy Medical Center (Dubuque and Dyersville).
Children younger than 14 and individuals of any age with respiratory or influenza symptoms – such as coughing, fever, aches and nausea – are asked to refrain from visiting hospitalized patients until further notice.
The restriction is a safety precaution.
Hospital officials expect the restriction to remain in effect for several weeks.
