Health Advice for Shoppers

WITH New Year’s resolutions starting to crumble, a supermarket is challenging colleagues and customers to see how fit and healthy they are.
Coventry City Council’s Active for Health team will be visiting Asda, at Abbey Park, Whitley, on Monday (11am – 2pm).
Jane Craig, from Coventry City Council, will lead a group of fitness gurus offering free blood pressure tests and advice on nutrition and lifestyles.
There will also be information about the Council’s Active for Health schemes and walk for health in the Whitley area.
Asda’s nutrition experts will be on hand to talk about its healthy living ranges.
