Health Dialog Selected To Lead First Care Management Pilot Program in France

Health Dialog today announced it has been selected by the Caisse Nationale de l'Assurance Maladie des Travailleurs Salariés (CNAMTS) to support France's first whole person care management pilot program. CNAMTS is the primary health insurer in France, covering 85% of the population or approximately 50 million lives. The pilot program will target a population of 136,000 diabetics living in 10 of the country's 97 départements (political and geographic areas in France).
Health Dialog, selected following a rigorous review process, will provide CNAMTS with services and methodology for developing and implementing a whole person care management program to address a broad spectrum of healthcare issues for the target population, including disease management, decision-support, and general health and wellness. Health Dialog will train CNAMTS nurses to provide telephonic Health Coaching services to the target population. All support materials and outreach efforts will be translated and customized to adhere to French health care system and language. Health Dialog has engaged the services of Accenture, a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company headquartered in Paris, to assist in the implementation.
CNAMTS will also integrate Health Dialog's proprietary analytic and patient-management tools and benefit from other business and consulting services around the use of medical content and methods for engaging the target population. During the pilot, Health Dialog and CNAMTS will establish agreed upon performance measures to monitor program benchmarks and results.
