Munich Re Appoints New Head of Health

Re-insurance company Munich Re has appointed Philip Wright as the head of health for the company’s UK healthcare business with effect from February 12, 2008.
Mr Wright will be responsible for the strategic development and management of the UK healthcare portfolio.
Peter Choueiri, member of the international health board of Munich Re, said: “We are delighted that Mr Wright will be joining the Munich Re group. He brings very strong commercial expertise to the healthcare business, which will enable the group to profitably grow the UK business as part of the company’s international health business.”
