Global Media Networks, Inc. Signs Agreement With Bio Tech Medical Corporation

Global Media Networks, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GLMN), today announced that the Company has signed an agreement to be taken over by Israeli-based Bio Tech Medical Corporation.

Mr. Chatpoom Thanomlek, President, stated the following: "I am very happy for all the shareholders, for the tremendous value and opportunity this takeover represents.
