Hospitals, large group practices, and integrated healthcare delivery networks now have more options for pre- and post-patient care initiatives with NotifyMD's new Enterprise market division. NotifyMD, the nation's largest medical only 24/7 call management service, has launched the Enterprise division to cater to the specific needs of larger healthcare providers and their patient registries.
"With Enterprise's Pre- and Post-Patient Care Notification, NotifyMD accesses patient schedules and generates automated outbound patient reminders and instructions," explains Arthur Lane, NotifyMD's Vice President of New Business Development and Chief Strategy Officer. "Post-patient care calls include patient satisfaction, physician referral satisfaction, discharge reminders, medication adherence, and patient health risks or concerns."
The Enterprise division also includes Planned Patient Visits, which utilizes NotifyMD's automated technology capabilities and their live voice Care Coordinators to offer specialized communication solutions for providers who want to improve patient use of their specialties and/or services.
To further support the division, NotifyMD recently appointed two new Regional Vice Presidents of Enterprise Sales -- Gerald Branim and Lisa Kinakin. These new positions will report to Mike Sandwith, Vice President of Enterprise Sales.
Gerald Branim comes to NotifyMD from the technology company iNet Strategy, which he co-founded. iNet Strategy specializes in infrastructure and custom application development services. He has a long history of managing robust IT development environments and has also previously worked with NetSetGo, a Rochester, NY-based consulting firm; Deloitte & Touche; Burlington Industries; and IBM.
Lisa Kinakin brings 25 years of marketplace management experience to NotifyMD, with more than 10 years in direct healthcare operations and national sales. As the former Tennessee Executive Director for Doral USA, Kinakin administered the TennCare dental program covering 1.4 million lives and wrote the award-winning RFP response that earned her company the initial statewide, three-year contract.
