After only 120 days, Perot Systems has increased Oakwood’s revenue cycle performance, and produced significant improvements in operational performance and cash collections.
Perot Systems is implementing the NextGen suite of ambulatory electronic medical records (EMR) and enterprise practice management applications for Oakwood Healthcare’s physician groups. Reducing errors as well as decreasing transcription costs are key benefits to the implementation of technology that allows providers to electronically document patient encounters at the point of care.
