ER Urgent Care Centers (ERUC) (PINKSHEETS: ERUC) has signed with Pro Care Health Centers, a practice dedicated to pain management. Pain management is one of the most impacting segments of health care. With significant increases in chronic back pain, arthritis and numerous other ailments, pain management has become a vital function in healthcare today. Each ERUC facility, during the hours they are not open, will be used by Pro Care. ERUC will also be responsible for after hours care as well as follow up care. ERUC has also signed with Medtox Labs as a collection facility to carry out court approved drug testing as well as pre and post employment drug screening. These two contracts are of significant importance because they do not increase cost. They add directly to revenues as well as increase foot traffic in each clinic.
