MIGRAINE sufferers in Coventry and Warwickshire will be given a helping hand to manage their condition thanks to a new course.
The Migraine Action Association will host the free session at Highfield Road on March 9.
It is aimed at adults who suffer with migraines and chronic headaches, covering symptoms, medication, complimentary therapies and self help.
Ann Turner, a director at the association, said: "Six million people in the UK suffer from migraine. It is a debilitating condition that can have a substantial impact on quality of life.
"This course is a must-attend for those seeking to bring their migraine under control and we hope that some of them will then feel confident to go on to take the information and support gained from it to their own communities."
