State Health Programs to Hold Open Enrollment

Outreach for Wellness in Niagara, Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center's community based health outreach program, will hold open enrollment for Family Health Plus and Child Health Plus from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday in the Medical Center auditorium.
Family Health Plus is the state's public health insurance program for adults between the ages of 19 and 64 who do not have health care coverage but have incomes too high to qualify for Medicaid. It is available to single adults, couples without children and parents with limited income who are residents of New York State and United States citizen or fall under one of many immigration categories.
Child Health Plus is a companion program for children under age 19. For more information, call 285-1563 or 285-1602.
