Civista Health Inc. Selects Phoenix Health Systems for Information Technology Outsourcing Services

DALLAS, March 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Phoenix Health Systems, a premier provider of integrated professional and technical services focused on the business goals of healthcare organizations, announced today that it has signed an agreement with Civista Health Inc. (La Plata, Maryland), to provide information technology infrastructure outsourcing services.
Under the three year agreement, Phoenix will manage Civista's help desk from its Leveraged Service Center in Dallas, Texas, while also providing an onsite team to support Civista's desktop service towers. The new Civista help desk will be available to the user community 24 hours-per-day, 7 days-per- week, maximizing customer service and improving access to technical support. The onsite desktop team will have a more clinical focus, with an emphasis on responsiveness to critical issues. The seamless integration of these two support systems will enable Civista to better plan and manage its IT infrastructure and technical environment to better meet the needs of the user community and improve patient care.
