Slimmers Take a Weight Off By Sticking to Plan

It's February and for thousands, it's the second slimming month of 2005.
Two out of five of us signed up for a diet plan starting January 1, says online cafeslim.co.uk - and with adult obesity figures tripling over the last decade we needed to!
Overweight is fast becoming the world's biggest health problem, with research showing 66pc are now overweight or obese.
The average weight loss target for most is between two and three stone, but this year there has been a rise in the number of people wanting to lose up to six stones.
The latest national survey results show an average person's willpower lasts around six weeks.
The main reason they lose interest is a clash between their new eating regime and their lifestyle.
Willpower may be the top cause of failure, but they also hate being told to eat foods they hate and would not normally put on their plate.
Karen Kilroy, Marketing Director of Cafeslim.co.uk, explains. "Research shows that to maintain long-term weight loss and to sustain this weight, one has to create a plan that is personalised, taking into account the individual's food preferences, where they like to shop, and how much exercise they realistically do.
"Most diets fail because they do not actually fit into the consumer's lifestyle long term. Fad diets are quick fixes and dieting is about losing weight and maintaining the weight loss."
