Utah Business Magazine Names Specialized Health Products' Jeff Soinski CEO of the Year

Specialized Health Products International, Inc., ("Specialized Health Products") (OTCBB: SHPI), a leading developer, manufacturer and marketer of proprietary safety medical products, today announced that Jeff Soinski, President and Chief Executive Officer, has been named 2008 Utah CEO of the Year for small public companies by Utah Business magazine.
