Make a Date for Your MoT

SEFTON residents can get a free health MoT at an advice open day on Tuesday, April 8.
Visitors will have a chance to pick up information on how to improve their health.
On offer will be free blood pressure checks, information about the Expert Patient Programme for people living with long term conditions, help on stopping smoking, and tips on healthy eating.
The event is being held at Sacred Heart Church Hall, Liverpool Road, Ainsdale, from 1.30pm to 4.00pm. Details: Carole Cantor 01704 387041.
